As the Vegas Golden Knights approach the end of the NHL regular season, the team's prospects have reached pivotal points in their respective seasons. Canadian Junior teams are starting to see what their playoff pictures will look like, the Chicago Wolves are looking ahead to the Calder Cup playoffs and NCAA teams have shifted their focus to conference championships.
Brandon Kruse, Bowling Green
Kruse is a nominee for the Hobey Baker Award as the most outstanding player in college hockey. He leads the No. 15 Bowling Green Falcons with 36 points (8G, 28A) in 35 games and is tied for fifth in the nation in assists. The Saline, Michigan, native has registered seven assists in his last six games as he and the Falcons head into the WCHA playoffs Friday night against Michigan Tech.
Jake Leschyshyn, Lethbridge Hurricanes
Leschyshyn has helped Lethbridge to the No. 2 seed in the WHL's Central Division as the Hurricanes gear up for playoff hockey. In 39 games since being traded to Lethbridge, Leschyshyn has netted 42 points (19G, 23A). He notched 32 points (16G, 16A) in 24 games with the Regina Pats to start the year and now has a total of 74 points (35G, 39A) in 63 games.

Peter Diliberatore, Quinnipiac Bobcats
In his freshman year at Quinnipiac, Diliberatore has helped the Bobcats to the No. 5 ranking in the nation with 17 points (3G, 14A). Diliberatore and the Bobcats tied for first place in the ECAC with 30 points. The Bedford, Nova Scotia, native is riding a three-game point streak (3A) heading into the ECAC playoffs.
Gage Quinney, Chicago Wolves
Quinney has set a new career-best of 35 points (15G, 20A) in his first season with Chicago. The Las Vegas native leads all Wolves players with two shorthanded goals and has a plus-34 rating on the year. Quinney and the Wolves lead the AHL's Central Division with 73 points and a mark of 33-18-7.
Xavier Bouchard, Baie-Comeau Drakkar
Bouchard has drummed up new career-highs in goals (7G), assists (36A) and points (43) in 54 games this season with Baie-Comeau. The Trois-Riviers, Quebec, native had eight points (2G, 6A) in five games from Feb. 15-24. The Drakkar rank fourth in the QMJHL with 92 points and a record of 44-14-2.
