Jack Eichel shined with two goals as the Vegas Golden Knights (36-19-6) defeated the Carolina Hurricanes (39-12-8), 3-2, on Wednesday night at T-Mobile Arena.

HOW IT WENT DOWN
In the second period, Jack Eichel scored to give the Golden Knights a 1-0 lead. Less than ten minutes after, Martin Necas tied the game at 1-1 for Carolina. With less than two minutes remaining in the period, Eichel notched his second of the game to give Vegas a 2-1 lead. Halfway through the third, Jordan Staal tied things up 2-2. Then, with less than five minutes remaining in the game, Reilly Smith scored the game-winner for Vegas, sealing the 3-2 victory.
